How to Apply

We’re delighted that you’re interested in joining the Sprouts family! Our admission process is simple and straightforward. Here are the steps:

Schedule a School Visit

We’d love to get to know your child and ensure that Sprouts is the right fit for your family. We invite parents to visit our school to experience our warm, home-like atmosphere and learn more about our approach. During your visit, you’ll meet our teachers, explore the classrooms, and see how children learn and play together.

Submit an Application Form

After your visit, if you feel that Sprouts is the right place for your child, please complete our application form and include the required supporting documents.

Confirmation and Enrollment

Once your child’s placement is confirmed, we’ll send you the payment details. If our program is full, you’ll have the option to join our waiting list.

Pay tuition fee and fully refundable deposit

To secure your child’s place, please make the payment for one month’s tuition fee and a fully refundable security deposit.

Schedule an Onboarding Meeting

Before your child begins, we schedule a personal onboarding meeting to get to know your child, understand your family’s needs, and ensure a smooth and secure transition into Sprouts.

Tuition at Sprouts covers everything your child needs for a full school experience, including:

  • All learning activities and materials
  • Daily nutritious meals and snacks
  • Field trips and special experiences

There are no registration fees and no application fees.

  • Same tuition for all age groups
  • Paid as 12 equal monthly installments
  • Monthly fees stay the same throughout the year, regardless of: School holidays, Early dismissals, Different numbers of school days per month

This structure allows us to maintain stability and continuity for our children, teachers, and families.

Tuition fees remain unchanged if your child is absent due to:

  • Illness
  • Family holidays

This ensures we can continue providing consistent care, staffing, and learning quality year-round.

Instead of charging registration or application fees, we ask for a fully refundable security deposit.
