Natchaya (Kru Fah) graduated from the Faculty of Learning Sciences and Education at Thammasat University. She has three years of experience working with toddlers, including in an alternative school setting. She believes the toddler years are a valuable stage of development and focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment where children feel confident to express themselves, share their thoughts, and communicate openly. With experience working with both Thai and international children, Kru Fah understands cultural differences and supports each child’s individual development.
