Phanida moved to Germany at the age of seven, where she completed her studies in Business Administration, including an exchange year in France. Living and studying abroad deepened her love for different cultures and languages and shaped her open-minded perspective. She later worked in marketing for various companies in Germany, gaining valuable professional experience. After moving back to Thailand, Phanida became a mother to Mika, a life-changing experience that gave her a deeper understanding of children and families. Mika was one of the very first students at Sprouts, making her connection to Sprouts especially meaningful. Phanida feels truly blessed to be part of the Sprouts community, which she describes not just as a workplace, but as a big family filled with warmth, trust, and care.
